Speak for the Trees (For Alberta Secondary Students)
Exploring the connection between our daily energy use and the environment, this talk is part of the 10 Peaks Innovation Xchange open to all secondary school students in Alberta.
How does our daily energy use relate to climate change and what can we do about it? Using a watt meter and GreenLearning's Alberta Energy Calculator, we'll investigate these questions first-hand by looking at some common household devices, such as cell phones and light bulbs.
